Training programme • Business English & speaking
Selling, negotiating and presenting in English without losing authority
Context
A French-speaking executive who is entirely competent in their own language often loses authority the moment they negotiate, present or field questions in English: register too academic, objections mishandled, closing or a clear point avoided. The problem is not the level of English — it is commercial and spoken English.
The programme is delivered by a TESOL Cambridge certified trainer and built on the CAPITAL Method for its selling and negotiating component. Content is always adapted to your sector and the situations your people actually face — with particular depth for banking, insurance and asset management.
Programme sheet
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
Executives, managers and client-facing professionals who negotiate, present or speak in English — with particular depth for bankers, insurers, and portfolio and relationship managers dealing with international counterparts.
Minimum B1 level in English. A positioning test is carried out beforehand.
Modular: 10 to 20 hours, one-to-one or in groups of no more than 6.
Action learning: structured input, filmed role-play on your real cases, work on the objections your people actually hear. Groups limited to 10 participants.
Self-assessment beforehand, assessed role-play during the session, and a competency grid completed at the end. A certificate of completion is issued to each participant.
The training is accessible to participants with disabilities. Adaptations are considered case by case during scoping.
Fees and lead time provided on request, depending on format and group size.
Every engagement is built around your products, your processes and the objections your people actually hear. Scoping starts with a 30-minute conversation with your L&D or sales leadership.
